Inga Corrine Johansson and Louis Joseph (L.J.) Bock III were married Saturday, Aug. 1, 2026 at the Allen/Johansson Farm, Walton, New York - the site where Inga’s parents were married 30 years ago. Pastor and family friend Neil Mittelstaedt of St. James Lutheran Church, St. James, New York, officiated the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Eric and Meredith Johansson, Smithtown and Walton, and granddaughter of Lynn Allen, Walton. The groom is the son of Marge and Louis Bock Jr., Pipersville, Pennsylvania.

Maid of honor was Kiersten Johansson, sister of the bride. Best man was Zane Tinnell, friend of the groom. Flower girl was Kayleigh Woods, niece of the groom. Ring Bearer was Connor Woods, nephew of the groom.

The bride was escorted by her father. She wore a satin halter sheath dress in ivory with an open back and carried a bouquet of freshly-picked flowers from the farm. The groom wore a custom blue cotton suit with a pair of Tecovas which he plans to wear for the rest of his married life.

The couple graduated from Webb Institute, Glen Cove, New York, and received bachelor of science degrees in naval architecture and marine engineering. The bride is employed as an assistant dockmaster at Colonna’s Shipyard, Norfolk, Virgina. The groom is employed as a senior naval architect and marine engineer with Bruce S. Rosenblatt and Associates, Newport News, Virginia.

After a honeymoon in Costa Rica, the couple will continue to reside in Norfolk, Virginia.
