The Delaware County Department of Public Works will close County Route 29 in Harpersfield to through traffic at 7 a.m. Monday, Sept. 30 to replace a failing culvert pipe. The closure will be between Quaker Hill Road and Streeter Hill Road, approximately 3,368 feet east of Quaker Hill Road. The road will be opened by the end of the day.
Alternate routes should be used.
