Monday, November 11 marks the last Free Fishing Day of the year. During these days anyone can freshwater fish in New York without a fishing license. Since this coincides with Veteran's Day, it offers a great opportunity to invite that special veteran in your life to go fishing and spend some quality time on the water.
Even though the fishing license requirement is waived, freshwater fishing regulations are still in effect.
