FRANKLIN — The Delaware/Otsego CNYHA Hub will host a free public program, “The New York Health Act Explained,” at 6 p.m. Sept. 30 at the Franklin Free Library, 334 Main St.
The program will examine the New York Health Act, a single-payer health care proposal currently before the New York State Legislature.
Organizers said the program will include an opportunity for discussion and questions about the legislation.
