Franklin Central School administration is pleased to announce that Adaline Coulter has been named our Class of 2026 Valedictorian. It is with pride that Adaline is recognized for this achievement and the hard work she has consistently put into earning this honor. On behalf of everyone at FCS, we congratulate Adaline and her parents, George Coulter and Jena Coulter, on this honor.

Along with her academic accomplishments, Adaline holds the office of senior class president, and has participated in Student Council, band, chorus, Drama Club, Art Club, Leaders Club, and Ski Club. Adaline has also played soccer, basketball, and softball, and has run track for Franklin.

Adaline’s wide array of academic talents are eclipsed only by her motivation. She is an active volunteer, lending her time to participating in and setting up for various school events, and tutoring other students. Adaline has even been the voice of FCS on the morning announcements. Academically, Adaline works hard, asks excellent questions, and pushes herself to rise above challenges and difficulty. She seeks educational challenges and eagerly tries new things. Adaline plans to study chemical engineering while working towards a career in STEM, and hopes to attend RIT or Binghamton University.

Franklin is so proud of you, Adaline, and we can’t wait to see you take your place in the world.
