Tompkins council members bid farewell to Tim Oralls - a long-time town employee. Oralls worked for the highway department for over 46 years, and is looking forward to retirement to travel with his wife, and cross off long-standing tasks from his home to-do list. Pictured during the June 10 Tompkins council meeting, from left, are Councilmembers Peggy Backus, Brian Albanese, retiree Tim Oralls, Supervisor William “Bill” Layton, and Councilmember Howie Buttel.
