Early voting for the 2024 presidential primary is Tuesday, April 2 at your poll site from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
To vote early by mail or absentee ballot application can be made through the NYSBOE portal at www.elections.ny.gov/request-ballot
Early voting will take place at Delaware County Board of Elections, 97 Main Street, Suite 5, Delhi:
• Saturday and Sunday, March 23, 24, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Monday - Friday, March 25 - March 29, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Saturday, March 30, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
If a voter casts a ballot during early voting the voter will not be allowed to vote on Election Day or on a subsequent voting day of early voting.
Saturday, March 23 is the last day for new voters to register in person to vote in presidential primary. April 1 is the last day to apply in person or by agent for absentee ballot.
