JHA Companies has been serving Delhi as local land surveyors and engineers since 2018 when it acquired the business of long-time surveyor Tom Leo and the records of the late Ron Mullenix in 2019. Initially located on 27 Second Street in Delhi, JHA moved into Ron Mullenix’s former office in 2019.
Today, Nik Decker and Chris Oleniacz, land surveyors, are serving the Catskill and Capital region from their office in Delhi. Decker has eight years of surveying experience. His desire to serve this area of New York lead him back to JHA a little over a year ago, after a short period working for another firm in the region. During his time back with JHA, Decker has built many enjoyable relationships in and around the community and he will continue being our primary point of contact for land surveying services in Delhi under Licensed Surveyor Chris Oleniacz. Oleniacz has been a land surveyor in New York for over 20 years. He will be involved in every boundary retracement survey that JHA performs, and each will bear his professional land surveyors seal of approval.
