County Route 18 in the village and town of Delhi will be closed to through traffic from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday, Sept. 23–24, to allow crews to replace a cross pipe, officials said. The closure will extend between the two intersections with Del Side Drive. The road will reopen by day’s end each day, and motorists are advised to use alternate routes.
