Delaware County's public health department today reported another death, and another positive lab report on Thursday. One person remains hospitalized, while six others are recuperating at home. Seventeen people are in mandatory quarantine and a total of five people have died.
As the state's virus numbers continue to stay at a level experts say is not a major health threat, Governor Andrew Cuomo said that outdoor dining at restaurants is now considered part of the phase two reopening.
“That means outside, with maybe a canopy, with the wind blowing,” he said. “I just want to be clear that this means outdoor dining.”
