New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) Commissioner Basil Seggos on Jan. 2 announced that DEC’s Climate Smart Communities Grant program awarded $11.7 million to municipalities across the state in 2019 as part of the $761 million in Regional Economic Development Council (REDC) Awards.
