The Cooks Falls Fire Department Auxiliary will sponsor a holiday photo shoot at Cooks Falls-Horton Fire Department, 116 Cooks Falls Road, Roscoe, Wednesday, Nov. 2 from 3 to 8 p.m. Fifteen-minute sessions are $75. The Cooks Falls Fire Department will host a fundraising pancake breakfast at the fire hall Saturday, Nov. 5, from 8 a.m. to noon. Pancakes, sausage, home fries and eggs, coffee, tea, milk. Free will donation.
The auxiliary will host a basket social at the breakfast from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tickets at the door; drawing at 3. You do not have to be present to win. Proceeds benefit Cooks Falls-Horton Fire & Auxiliary.
