DELHI - Gerard F. H. Johnson, 41, of Cobleskill pleaded not guilty to forgery charges in Delaware County Court April 16.
Johnson was charged with three counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, one count of petit larceny and two counts of fourth-degree grand larceny. Johnson is accused of possessing, stealing and forging checks belonging to three people, stealing over $2,000 on March 16.
Johnson was sent to the Delaware County Jail on $30,000 cash bail.
