Carl R. Finkle of San Martin, California, a retired computer systems administrator, passed away Thursday, March 21, 2024 at his home. He was 68 years young.
An avid woodworker, Carl enjoyed designing and building with wood. He loved to be busy working on projects around the house, and looking to re-purpose items that were no longer needed. Carl was always quick with a smile, often offering to extend a helping hand to friends and family.
Survivors include his wife of 29 years, Karen Finkle, of San Martin, California; his mother, Rita Bailey, and stepfather, Joseph Bailey of East Branch; his brother Stephen Constantine and his wife Robin, brother Mark Constantine, his father-in-law Carl Wisbar, his brother-in-law Steven Wisbar and his wife Lenae, his brother-in law Jeff Wisbar and wife Katie, sister-in-law Julie Wisbar, eight nephews, two nieces, three great-nephews, nine great-nieces, and extended family.
He is predeceased by his father, Clyde R. Finkle, and his brother John S. Finkle.
Visitation was held Friday, April 5, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Harris Funeral Home Railroad Ave., Roscoe.
Funeral services were Saturday, April 6, at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Father William Wright officiated.
Burial was in the East Branch Cemetery, East Branch.
