DELHI - Davy Reyes, 42, Bronx, was indicted by the Delaware County Grand Jury March 28 and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, accused of driving with a revoked license with impaired ability March 24 in the village of Walton. Reyes was held at the Delaware County Jail on $20,000 cash bail, awaiting a further court proceeding.
