Laura Davis, 44, Big Indian, was indicted on a charges of driving while ability impaired, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance outside its oirginal container, by the Delaware County Grand Jury on Dec. 7.
She is accussed of driving drugged and illegally possessing burprenorphine and Naloxone, according to a press release issued by the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office Dec. 8.
