Becky Jean Sines, 60, of Binghamton, passed away Sunday, Dec. 4, 2022 at Wilson Medical Center in Johnson City, following a short illness.

Becky was born April 12, 1962 in Walton, the daughter of Earl and Eleanor (Beismer) Sines. She was a graduate of Walton Central School Class of 1980.

Becky worked at the Veterans Home in Oxford as a nurse’s aide for many years. She was passionate to all she cared for. She enjoyed watching movies, crafting, cooking delicious homemade meals for her family, and snuggling with her dog, Rue. Most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends. Becky would help anyone in need and was the least judgmental person you would know. She had a great sense of humor and her boisterous laugh will forever mark the hearts of her loved ones.

Becky will be most remembered as a loving mother; her children will always admire her strength.

Becky is survived by her loving family, her children Angela Cucciarre of Hamilton, April (Dennis) Cucciarre-Pollow of Arizona; Garrett (Melissa) Figary of Michigan and Delaney Parmalee of Binghamton; grandchildren Cadence, Bentley, Dominick, Kyla and Jaxtyn; her parents Earl and Eleanor Sines of Walton; significant other, William Schoch IV, sisters Cynthia A. Gumble of Morris, Ruth (Jim) M. Dutcher of Eaton, Bonnie S. Sines of Ballston Spa, and Peggy (William) Wagner of Laurens; and so many people who crossed her path.

Graveside services will be held in the spring at a date and time to be announced. Arrangements are under the direction of the Courtney Funeral Home, Walton. Memorial contributions in Becky’s memory may be made to the humane society or Voices Recovery Center in Binghamton.
