The Sidney Memorial Public Library will host a public reception Sunday, June 1, from 1 to 3:30 p.m., to mark the opening of a new exhibition showcasing the mixed-media work of artist Rita Ferrugiari.
The exhibit features approximately 30 pieces that fuse photography with ornamental “bling,” a signature style that reflects Ferrugiari’s lifelong creative evolution. Her work, deeply personal and emotionally resonant, blends vibrant visual storytelling with tactile embellishment.
The exhibition will remain on display through the month of June. Visitors are invited to view the collection during regular library hours.
