Surrounded by family, friends and caregivers, Caroline Moffett celebrated her 100th birthday May 16, marking a century defined by service, family and community.
Born May 16, 1926 in New York City, Moffett married Army veteran Richard J. Moffett in 1947, and together they raised five children. After his death, she moved to Walton in 1975. Moffett, a former Delaware Valley Hospital dietary department employee, spent decades caring for others - a legacy continued through generations of her family in healthcare and emergency service in Walton.
