Uva (Tweedie) Scott, age 83, passed away at the home of her daughter in Covington, Ga.
She was born in Walton, on Aug. 4, 1936 to William Alexander and Pearl Mae (Hadsel) Tweedie who have preceded her in death. Mrs. Scott was a hard working woman and was a “jack of all trades” according to her daughter.
She was preceded in death by her husband Merton Scott and her brother William Tweedie and her sister Illa Segar.
Mrs. Scott is survived by her daughter Belinda Sill of Covington, Ga.; grandchildren Conner Kilmer of Conyers, Ga. and Miranda Chavez of Covington, Ga., her great-grandchildren Mary Chavez and Abigail Chavez and her sister Janith Kilpatrick of Walton.
