Terry B. Edwards, 74, of Downsville passed away on Friday evening, June 24, 2022 at Albany Medical Center, following a short illness.
Terry was born Dec. 13, 1947 in Downsville, the son of the late Edward and Leola (Babcock) Edwards. He was a graduate of Downsville Central School Class of 1969. He was a union laborer for many years. Terry was a longtime member of St. Mary’s Episcopal Church in Downsville and served as an altar boy. He was also a member of the Lions Club in Walton and the Tri-County Golf League in Roscoe. He was an avid fisherman, as most of Downsville knows. He enjoyed camping, and traveling to NASCAR races.
Terry is survived by his significant other Diana Marshall; his cousins Dennis, Rob, Karen Walker, Deb Chuckery and Randy Phillips.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 12 at 11 a.m. at Paige Cemetery, Downsville.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Courtney Funeral Home, Walton.
