OTEGO – Shirley A. Clapper, 61, of Otego, a native of Delhi, died Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2020, at A.O. Fox Memorial Hospital in Oneonta.
The family will receive guests at 11 a.m. until the time of the service at Bookhout Funeral Home. A service to celebrate the life of Shirley A. Clapper will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday, at Bookhout Funeral Home, 357 Main St., Oneonta, with the Rev. Stephen D. Fournier officiating.
