COOPERSTOWN -- Otsego County this afternoon reported the first death associated with COVID-19. There are a total of six cases in the county. This is the first fatality related to the virus in our area. No further details were released. County public health officials said all close contacts to every person confirmed with the virus have been notified of their possible exposure.
