The New York State Department of State licensing services division announced notary publics can renew their commissions through an online portal, dos.ny.gov, effective Feb. 1.
The new system will expedite processing of notary applications and allow name and address changes.
Delaware County Clerk Debra Goodrich requests renewals or new applications be filed with her office at 3 Court Street, Delhi, in person or via mail, for detailed handling and processing.
