DELHI – Delaware County reported no new virus cases on Saturday. According to a press release from the County Board of Supervisors, which follows a daily press release from the county health department, the number of known active cases in the county is nine. Fifteen test results are still pending, two people are still hospitalized, and four have died.

The Otsego County Public Health Department has not issued an updated press release on cases there since April 29.

In his daily press conference Saturday, Governor Andrew Cuomo announced funding for food banks throughout the state. The Southern Tier region's food banks will receive $1.1 million. He also said the state would be distributing seven million additional masks to targeted groups across the state, including farm workers.
