Nathan R. Williams, 41, of Walton passed away suddenly on Friday, April 2, 2021.

Nate was born on March 18, 1980 in Walton, the son of Thomas Williams and Teresa Fairchild.

Nate graduated from Walton High School in 1998. He played baritone saxophone in the high school jazz band. Music was a huge part of his life. He was a hard worker and a great cook. He did tree work, carpentry, welding, farming and more. He could fix anything with a motor. Nate had a huge heart. He would help anyone he could, in any way he could.

He enjoyed fishing and riding his motorcycle and going to camp at Lake Ontario. He was a daredevil and was always up for an adventure. He liked to reminisce and share funny stories about his wild adventures.

Nate was filled with light and wit. He loved to dance, be silly and make people smile. He made people feel special and he laughed easily. He had the best nicknames for everyone.

He was a devoted father and took enormous pride in his children, Kennedy and Elijah. He loved them more than words can say. He adored his nephews Cameron, Ashton and Carson Scofield and Noah Wacha. He was happiest when the kids were around, goofing around with them and teaching them new skills.

He is survived by his parents Tom Williams and Teresa Fairchild; his maternal grandmother June Fairchild; his children Kennedy and Elijah Williams; younger siblings Ashley Williams, Isaac and Jacob Wacha; treasured love and best friend Christine Neumann; his aunts and uncle, many cousins and good friends.

He was predeceased by his grandfather, Jack Fairchild, his grandparents Richard and Phyllis Williams, uncle Robert Williams and several beloved childhood friends.

Services to celebrate Nate’s life will be held at a day and time to be announced by the family.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Courtney Funeral Home, Walton. To leave a message of peace and comfort for Nate’s family, visit his online tribute at www.courtneyfh.com.
