Marian J. Calhoun, 89, was called upon to go to her heavenly home by her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, on Thursday, Jan. 19, 2023 at Albany Medical Center.
Born on Aug. 10, 1933 in Andes, she was the daughter of the late William M. and Mabel (McQueen) Truesdell.
Marian will be greatly missed by all who knew her beautiful smile which she always had for anyone whom she crossed paths with. She will especially be missed by her daughter Janice who was by her side as she was being called home to Heaven.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her loving husband Charles Calhoun, son Donald and wife Niomi, son-in-law Robert Combs, and brother James Truesdell.
Marian leaves behind her daughter Janice Combs; two brothers Herbert and Lauren Truesdell; she leaves behind several nieces, nephews, and friends, especially Darlene Boice.
Following Marian’s wishes there will be no services. Burial will take place at Andes Cemetery in the spring where she will be interred with her family.
