Margaret H.K. Smith, 55, of Sidney, formerly of Delhi, passed away on March 6, 2018, at Lowell General Hospital, Lowell, Mass., following a long illness.
Born on July 21, 1962, in Middletown, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Marion (Lewis) Smith.
Margaret was a kind-hearted and gentile person, a sweet woman and was a beloved friend to most everyone she met.
Besides her parents, Margaret was predeceased by her sisters: Audrey, Verna and Linda.
She is survived by her daughter, Sonja Miller; sisters Mary Jean and Melora; brothers Sam, Henry and Michael; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends and relatives are invited to call on the family from 12-2 p.m. on Sunday, April 8, at the MacArthur Funeral Home, 134 Main Street, Delhi. Graveside services and burial will be held later in the spring at Walton Cemetery.
