The Spectrum Northeast LLC/Charter Communications Inc. franchise agreement with the Town is up for renewal. The franchise agreement covers cable television only.
The Town of Meredith Town Board carried a Motion to accept a 15 year Franchise Agreement with Spectrum Northeast LLC/Charter Communications Inc. for cable television in the Town of Meredith at the June 9, 2020 regular Town Board meeting. The Agreement includes a 3.5% Franchise Fee, paid annually with agreement effective date as determined by the NYPSC.
The Public Hearing regarding the 15 year Franchise Agreement with Spectrum Northeast LLC/Charter Communications Inc. will be held at the Meredith Town Hall on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at 6:45 pm.
Comments can be made in person at the Public Hearing, or received in writing at Town Hall before the meeting. All are invited to attend.
