Meeting
The Evergreen Hill Cemetery Association of Unadilla, NY will hold their Annual Meeting on Wednesday, February 19, 2020 at the Unadilla Town Hall located at 1648 State Highway 7, Unadilla at 6:00 PM. The purpose of the meeting is the election of officers and trustees for 2020 and transaction of all business as it is related to the cemetery. Our main project for this year is rebuilding of the lower wall and continued tree removal.

The Village of Delhi, in partnership with the Town, has commissioned a study to ascertain the housing needs of the community for residents at all stages of life. Environmental / Planning Services for the Sidney Municipal (Thomas Z. Fagan) Airport

The Village of Sidney, NY, sponsor of the Sidney Municipal (Thomas Z. Fagan) Airport is soliciting “Proposal” from qualified engineering and/or planning firms interested in providing professional services at the Sidney Municipal Airport. This is a non-project specific solicitation. Your submittal should represent as completely as practicable, your experience in all areas of airport engineering, planning, environmental and construction services. The selected consultant may serve for a three- (3) to five- (5) year period.
The procedure for the selection of a consultant for this project will be followed as defined in Federal Aviation Administration Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E, “Architectural, Engineering and Planning Consultant Services for Airport Grant Projects”. Your proposal must include the following information:
1. Executive Summary, including familiarity with Sidney Municipal Airport
2. Name, description and size of the firm and office providing these services
3. Qualifications and previous relevant experience in airport planning, design, and development, particularly in New York State
4. Resumes of key personnel in your firm who will be assigned to the proposed project
5. Example Projects similar in size and scope to anticipated projects
6. References
7. Familiarity with Federal Aviation Administration and NYSDOT regulations, policies and procedures
8. If applicable, names and addresses of proposed subconsultants, along with their relevant background and services they will provide
The Village intends to identify one general consultant to provide airport engineering, planning, and environmental services on a continuing basis. The Airport will rely heavily on this consultant to assist in the overall program management and development of future projects at the airport.

The Village of Sidney reserves the right to conduct or waive interviews at its discretion, depending upon the experience and proposal received from each consultant. In addition, the Village of Sidney may choose, at its sole discretion, to solicit separate proposals and designate another consultant for any of the individual projects undertaken at the airport.
