“History After Hours: Holiday History” Nov. 17

Posted

Join the Greater Oneonta Historical Society on Thursday, Nov. 17, from 5 - 7 p.m., for the final installment of “History After Hours” to celebrate Holiday History. The evening will feature photo opportunities with the famous Bresee’s figurine Santa Claus (and real-life Mrs. Claus), a chance to mail a Christmas wish list to the North Pole, ornament making, demonstrations of our model train display, a hot chocolate bar - one for adults and one for kids - and a chance to view the Lilly and Morey dollhouses, Christmas tree, and Bresee’s figurines and winter village in the front windows. A present wrapping station with vintage Bresee’s wrapping paper, will be available, so bring those gifts you’d like wrapped for the holidays

History After Hours events are free and open to the public and have something for all ages. For more information visit www.OneontaHistory.org or call 607-432-0960.
