Harris Bedford, 81 of Valrico, Fla., was born March 28, 1936 in Middletown. He passed away on March 27, 2018, under the care of Hospice House, after a long illness.
Harris was the long distance owner/ operator of Bedford Transport for many years.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Alma, of Valrico, Fla., his daughter Donna of Brandon, Fla., granddaughter Jenna and greatgranddaughter Mikayla “my girl” of Riverview, Fla.
He is survived by his brother Ben Bedford and wife Sue of New Hampton and many extended family members.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
