ONEONTA – Garth Ruuard Stam, 88, a resident of Oneonta and Jacksonville Beach, Fla., died Feb. 12, 2020, at his Florida home with his family following a brief illness.
A memorial service is planned for 3 p.m., Sunday, March 15, at the SUNY Oneonta Alumni Field House, with a reception to follow.
