WALTON - Walton Central School eighth grade student Liam Kane was selected as a winner in an art contest through the Fenimore Museum. His artwork was selected by a panel of a judges as a winner in the 2024 Young at Art! Imaginations at Play regional youth art contest. More than 300 submissions were received for the contest, representing 24 schools as well as some homeschool students. His artwork will be on display at the Fenimore in Cooperstown from May 24 - July 21. The reception and awards ceremony will take place June 8.
