Rosie Cunningham/The Reporter DELHI - Delhi Paint and Paper, located at 100 Main Street in Delhi, has sold their building, not their business, according to owners Harold and Jane Eustis on Tuesday. The closing of the transaction officially took place on Dec. 20.

“We are happy to have them and we are happy for the next phase,” said Jane.

According to the couple, who have been in business at the location for 32 years, the sale of their building will not affect their business, which sells goods for projects as well as paint and paper products, including premium Benjamin Moore paints and stains.

Harold and Jane will continue to own and use the basement and first floor levels by renting from the new owners. Purchasers Kelli Cain, Brian Crabtree and Trent Gill will do business as Half Hidden, LLC on the second and third floors.

Rosie Cunningham/The Reporter Kelli Cain and Brian Crabtree, Delhi residents, also intend to operate their business Monome in one of the soon-to-be five office spaces in the upper levels of 100 Main Street. Monome is a music technology business established in 2005 that creates hardware and software to program and process synthesized music. The pair’s initial collaborations included electromechanical installations, films, and music.

The construction project in the upstairs portion of the building is extensive, but the bare bones is beautiful and elaborate.

The entrance of the business is small and Cain said she and Crabtree are looking to obtain a facade grant and would like to rehabilitate the front of the location.
