Benjamin Patton/The Reporter SIDNEY - It was a good night to be Michael Gravelin on Thursday.

The sharp shooter dropped seven 3-pointers to pace Sidney in the win as he netted 26 points in the 90-38 domination. According to Sidney Coach Mike Brazee, he also had eight assists and six steals.

“Liam Matthews also had a good game scoring 19 points,” he added. “Defensively, our trapping and defensive pressure led to many easy transition baskets. Overall, we played solid defense and executed very well on offense, getting many easy and open looks at the basket. As for any standout moments, I would say at the start of the game, the energy we showed playing our half court trap, and Mike Gravelin’s excellent shooting night.”

Warrior’s Levi Green and Jon Palmatier netted 12 points in the victory. In the first half, the Warriors had 50 points, while Harpursville tallied only 14.
