Delaware County Sheriff’s Office

• Dylan Debrock, 26, Walton, was arrested on Nov. 29 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child. He was sent to the Delaware County Jail on $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 bond, awaiting an appearance in Walton Town Court.

Walton Police Department

• Linda C. Doherty, 20, Massapequa Park, was charged on Nov. 25 with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop. She was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Walton Village Court at a future date.

• Connor F. Eisele, 19, Warwick was charged on Nov. 25 with unlawful possession of marijuana. He was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge.

• Kira L. Miller, 31, Walton, was arrested on Nov. 26 and charged with second-degree burglary, fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree obstruction of governmental administration and resisting arrest. As part of the same incident at which police say a homeowner reported people in his home without permission, James R. Stilson, 28, Oneonta, was also arrested and charged with second-degree burglary, theft of services and making a terroristic threat. Both were sent to the Delaware County Jail on $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond, awaiting a future court appearance in Walton Village Court.

• William R. O’Connor, 45, Walton, was charged on Nov. 29 and endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment. An order of protection was issued to the complaining party and O’Connor is scheduled to answer the charges in Walton Village Court at a future date.

Sidney Police Department

Brooklyn N. Stout, 22, Oxford, was arrested on Nov. 25 and charged with petit larceny.

Kenneth P. Myers, 28, Sidney, was arrested on Nov. 27 on a Sidney Village Court warrant.

Costel Spinu, 43, Sidney, was arrested on Nov. 27 and charged with second-degree harassment and second-degree criminal contempt.

Gasper N. Ciraolo, 59, Bainbridge, was arrested on Nov. 29 and charged with second-degree criminal trespass and thirddegree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Martin Roedel, 28, Bainbridge, was arrested on Nov. 30 on a Sidney Village Court warrant.

Carlton Palmatier, 77, Bainbridge, was arrested on Dec. 1 and charged with criminal possession of a weapon on school grounds.

Dustin D. Crumb, 23, Sidney, was arrested on Dec. 1 and charged with third-degree assault.

Donald Kern, 29, Sidney, was arrested on Dec. 2 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

Kirsten Tucker, 24, Sidney, was arrested on Dec. 2 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

Irene Gallaer, 58, Unadilla, was arrested on Dec. 2 and charged with second-degree harassment, disorderly conduct and littering.

Travis Hughs, 26, Sidney, was arrested on Dec. 2 and charged with second-degree harassment and unlawful possession of marijuana.

New York State Police

Derek S. Mason, 21, and Andrew R. Adamo, 21, both of Delhi, were arrested by Margaretville State Police on Nov. 29 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana. They were released on appearance tickets to answer the charges in Middletown Town Court at a future date.

William D. Letarte, 46, Masonville, was arrested on Nov. 30 by Sidney State Police and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny. He was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge at a future date.

William W. Weil, 28, Sidney Center, was arrested by Margaretville State Police on Nov. 30 and charged with failure to obey a traffic control device, failure to keep right, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, unsafe backing, illegal u-turn, driving to left of pavement markings, moving from lane unsafely, first-degree operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs and stopping-standing on a highway. He was issued appearance tickets to answer the charges in Middletown Town Court at a future date.

Michelle D. Murphy, 35, Deposit, was arrested by Deposit State Police on Nov. 30 and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and inadequate muffler. Cash bail of $2,000 was set in Deposit Village Court.

Earl W. Jacobs, 69, Roscoe, was arrested by Liberty State Police on Nov., 20 and charged with possessing a loaded firearm in a vehicle and illegal hunting. He was issued appearance tickets to answer the charges.
