Hancock Traffic Stop Leads to Drug Possession Arrests

Jessie Bolster, 31, and Roy Bolster, 40, no addresses provided, were arrested by the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office on Nov. 3 following a traffic stop in Hancock. Bolster was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and both were charged with four counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, accused of being in possession of oxycodone, Lorazepam, and multiple bags of crystal methamphetamine.

They were sent to the Delaware County Jail on $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bond. Both are from Harpursville.
