ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that pursuant to a resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Walton, Delaware County, New York, sealed bids will be received for the purchase of four separate properties, 68 Townsend St., 38 North St., and 42 Harby St. The Board has set a minimum bid for each property. If interested, contact the Village Clerk’s Office. These bids shall be submitted in separate, sealed envelopes at the Village Clerk’s Office, 21 North Street, Walton, NY and shall bear on the face thereof the name and address of the bidder and will be received until 2:00 p.m. on November 15, 2018, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Each bidder shall submit a noncollusion certificate, which form may be obtained from the Village Clerk, 21 North Street, Walton, New York. The contract for the purchase of these properties will be awarded by the Board of Trustees to the highest bidder. In cases where two or more responsible bidders submit identical bids as to price, the Board may award the contract to either of such bidders.
