Delaware County Sheriff’s Office

• Heather L. McKinstrie- Muller, 33, Walton, was arrested on Sept. 5 and charged with second degree harassment following police response to a domestic dispute report. She was sent to the Delaware County Jail on $100 bail, scheduled to answer the charge in Walton Town Court at a later date.

• David Chairvolotti Jr., 21, Jefferson, was arrested on Sept. 6 on a Harpersfield Town Court warrant for failure to appear. He was released on $1,000 bond, scheduled to answer the charges at a later date.

• Christopher Candanedo, 43, Ozone Park, was arrested on Sept. 8 and charged with seconddegree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, false impersonation and unlawful possession of marijuana, following a traffic stop on county Highway 16 in Delhi. He was sent to the Delaware County Jail on $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 secured bond.

• Erik R. May, 34, Liberty, was arrested on Sept. 9 and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, unlicensed operator and uninspected motor vehicle following a traffic stop at a safety check.

• Juan Acevedo, 38, Delhi, was arrested on Sept. 9 and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs, unlawful possession of marijuana, speed in zone, uninspected motor vehicle and failure to change address. He was issued appearance tickets to answer the charges at a future date in Delhi Town Court.

• John Harasemovich, 38, Downsville, was arrested on Sept. 2 and charged with seconddegree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operator and uninspected vehicle following a traffic stop at a safety checkpoint on county Highway 7 in Colchester. He was released on his own recognizance to answer the charges at a later date in Colchester Town Court.

Walton Police Department

Jordan R. Wood, 32, Walton, was arrested on Aug. 27 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt and third-degree menacing on allegations that he violated an order of protection. He was sent to the Delaware County Jail without bail awaiting an appearance in Walton Village Court.

Justin J. Flores, 27, Middletown, was arrested on Aug. 27 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief. He was sent to the Delaware County Jail on $1,200 cash bail or $2,400 bond. An order of protection was issued against him and he was scheduled to answer the charge in Walton Village Court at a future date.

Michael P. Harrington, 34, Walton, was arrested on Aug. 28 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He was issued a an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Walton Village Court at a future date.

Kami J. Palmer, 41, Walton, was arrested on Aug. 31 and charged with trespass.

Brian C. McRedmond Jr., 22, Brooklyn, was arrested on Sept. 2 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop. He was released on $500 cash bail awaiting a further court appearance.

Eryberto E. Santiago, 25, Brooklyn, was arrested on Sept. 2 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, failure to stop at a stop sign and unlawful possession of marijuana. He was sent to the Delaware County Jail on $500 cash bail or $1,500 secured bond awaiting a future court appearance in Walton Village Court.

Danielle G. Brundege-Lister, 31, Walton, was arrested on Sept. 4 and charged with third-degree criminal possession of a weapon. He was sent to the Delaware County Jail without bail, scheduled for a future court appearance in Walton Village Court.

Jacob I. Curshen, 19, East Meadow, was arrested on Sept. 7 and charged with unlawful possession of a marijuana following a traffic stop. He was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge at a future date in Walton Village Court.

Joel Alves, 42, Walton, was arrested on Sept. 8 and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief following a report of a vehicle damage report. He was issued an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Walton Village Court.

Lashawn Dennis, 24, Bronx, was arrested on Sept. 8 and charged with speed in zone and unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop. He was issued an appearance ticket in Walton Village Court to answer the charges at a future date.

Delhi Police Department

Nyree C. Andrea, 19, Bronx, was arrested on Sept. 5 and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana, failure to keep right, failure to use headlights and stopped on a highway following a traffic stop. She was issued appearance tickets to answer the charges in Delhi Town Court at a future date.

James M. Bares, 19, Great Neck, was arrested on Sept. 7 and charged with violating the village’s noise law and hosting a nuisance party after police observed loud music and shouting coming from a residence at 95 Main Street. He was released with an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Delhi Town Court at a future date.

Cristian Lopez , 22, Monroe, was arrested on Sept. 8 and charged with carrying an open alcoholic beverage container in a public place. She was sent to the Delaware County Jail on $250 cash bail to answer the charge in Delhi Town Court.

Sidney Police Department

Daniel Spindler, 44, Sidney, was arrested on Aug. 15 on a Sidney Village Court warrant.

Bret Vanvalkenburgh, 26, Sidney was arrested on Aug. 15 on a Johnson City Court warrant.

Austen L. Shaffer, 22, Hancock, was arrested on Aug. 15 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Clara R. Yager, 50, Bainbridge, was arrested on Aug. 18 on a Sidney Village Court warrant.

Brian A. Peretz, 25, Sidney was arrested on Aug. 19 on a Sidney Village Court warrant.

Martin W. Roedel, 27, Bainbridge, was arrested on Aug. 19 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Robert H. Smith, 46, Sidney, was arrested on Sept. 2 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Shelby D. Barse, 23, Sidney, was arrested on Sept. 2 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle,

William Collazo, 43, Johnson City, was arrested on Sept. 5 on a Sidney Village Court warrant for failure to pay a fine.

Donovan Teague, 20, Sidney, was arrested on Sept. 5 and charged with petit larceny and trespass.

Brent A. Kear, 27, Sidney, was arrested on Sept. 5 and charged with failing to register a changed address as a sex offender and falsifying business records.

Joshua Bender, 23, Sidney, was arrested on Sept. 5 and charged with second-degree harassment.

Cheryl Riley, 60, Sidney, was arrested on Sept. 6 on a Sidney Village Court bench warrant for failure to appear.

Kevin Butler, 52, Sidney, was arrested on Sept. 8 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

Colchester Police Department

Yidel Friedman, 22, Brooklyn, was arrested on Aug. 5 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speed in zone.

Franca Tantillo, 35, Wayne, N.J., was arrested on Aug. 7 and charged with driving while intoxicated and failure to use headlights with windshield wipers.

Jessica L. Peve, 30, Oneonta, was arrested on Aug. 15 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Ernest J. Jordan, 45, Ridgewood, was arrested on Aug. 16 and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked registration and speed over 55 m.p.h.

Tyler J. Melvin. 24, Roscoe, was arrested on Aug. 19 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failure to obey a traffic control device.

Franca Tantillo, 57, Roscoe, was arrested on Aug. 19 and charged with second-degree criminal contempt.

Shayne P. Shaffer, 54, Downsville, was arrested on Aug. 23 and charged with trespass.

Leonard J. Lacey, 50, Downsville, was arrested on Aug. 25 and charged with driving while intoxicated, passing a red light, unregistered motor vehicle and uninspected motor vehicle.

Timur Tckhoverebov, 31, St. Petersberg, Fla., was arrested on Aug. 25 and charged with seconddegree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and dazzling headlights.

New York State Police

Steven C. Barrows, 27, Sidney, was arrested by Sidney State Police on Sept. 4 and charged with third-degree burglary, fifthdegree conspiracy and petit larceny.

Zachary V. England, 27, Sidney, was arrested by Sidney State Police on Sept. 4 and charged with two counts of third-degree burglary, one count of fifth-degree conspiracy.

Thomas W. Hewitt, 44, Worcester, was arrested by Sidney State Police on Sept. 4 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and first-degree operating a motor vehicle when impaired by drugs.

Paige N. Lapin, 24, Newfield, was arrested by Sidney State Police on Sept. 4 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

• Zachary T. Thomas, 26, Deposit, was arrested by Deposit State Police on Sept. 5 and charged with third-degree grand larceny and third-degree criminal possession of a stolen property.

Andrew R. Coffran, 31, Holstville, was arrested by Margaretville State Police on Sept. 7 and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was released on an appearance ticket to answer the charge in Middletown Town Court at a later date.

Laurie S. Hitchcock, 26, Hobart, was arrested by Stamford State Police on Sept. 7 and charged with unsafe backing, unsafe movement of a motor vehicle and endangering the welfare of a child.
