On Nov. 14 from 6-8 p.m., there will be an election for a seat on the Kellogg Franklin Trust Board that has oversight of the Kellogg Athletic Fields and the Kellogg Educational & Community Center. The election will be held at the Kellogg Center in the American Ginseng Pharm building. There are three candidates: Jeff Briggs, Dorian Hunecke and Lori Taggart, to replace board member Debbie Tuthill.

The Treadwell Fire Department is hosting a Souper Supper Nov. 11 starting at 5 p.m. Veterans eat free, others by donation.

Franklin School will host a book fair Nov. 8-9.

The Franklin School will also host a Veterans’ breakfast Nov. 9, at 7:30 followed by a program.

At the Kellogg Educational & Community Center from 1-4 on Nov. 11 will be a large collection of Shirley Temple memorabilia and Shirley Temple movies.

The movie, The Lorax will be shown in the afternoon of Nov. 18 from 2-4. The Treadwell Lego Club will be meeting Wednesday, Nov. 29, from 3:30-5 to add new Lego creations to the Winter Wonderland that will be displayed at Bright Hill Literary Center for the month of December.

The Treadwell United Methodist Church will have its annual Christmas bazaar and luncheon on Nov. 19. Put it on your calendar to attend for turkey supreme, crafts, bake shop and more.
