The volunteers at the thrift shop in the Walton First Congregational Church thank all those in this area who came to browse, buy and make donations in support of the Nov. 3 and 4 fundraiser. A total of $1,935 was raised to go to My Brother’s Keeper, an arm of the Walton Congregational Church, which helps local people with a one-time need. This time the money will go to help a local person with a medical need. The care and support from people in our area is deeply appreciated. Thank you.

Church services for the Hamden, DeLancey and West Delhi churches for Sunday, Nov. 12, will be held in the DeLancey Church at 11 a.m. JoAnn Aymar will be leading the service. Remember to bring your items for the turkey dinner baskets.
