Delaware County Sheriff’s Office

• Scott R. Barnhart, 37, Sidney Center, was ticketed on Sept. 18 for speeding, 72 m.p.h. in a 55 m.p.h. zone, in the town of Franklin. He was likewise arrested for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock device. In connection with the incident, Leanne Taggart, 38, of Sidney Center was ticketed for facilitating second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and for loaning a motor vehicle without an interlock device to a person required to have one. The pair are scheduled to answer the charges in Franklin Town Court.

• Chloe R. Roth, 27, Oneonta, was arrested on Oct. 8 and charged with trespass. According to a police report, she was observed by police on posted private property. She was released on an appearance ticket, scheduled to answer the charge in Delhi Town Court.

• Laura J. Rolston, 21, Oneonta, was arrested on Oct. 8 and charged with trespass. According to a police report, she was observed by police on posted private property. She was released on an appearance ticket, scheduled to answer the charge in Delhi Town Court.

• Matthew D. Payton, 29, Brooklyn, was arrested on Oct. 8 and charged with trespass. According to a police report, he was observed by police on posted private property. He was released on an appearance ticket, scheduled to answer the charge in Delhi Town Court.

• Zoey Meyers, 26, Tucson, Ariz., was arrested on Oct. 8 and charged with trespass. According to a police report, she was observed by police on posted private property. She was released on an appearance ticket, scheduled to answer the charge in Delhi Town Court.

• Rachel J. Berk, 21, Eastchester, was arrested on Oct. 8 and charged with trespass. According to a police report, she was observed by police on posted private property. She was released on an appearance ticket, scheduled to answer the charge in Delhi Town Court.

• Dale M. Kowatch, 47, Arkville, was arrested on Oct. 6 and charged with second-degree harassment. He is scheduled to answer the charge in Middletown Town Court.

• William M. Scherer, 49, Bloomville, was arrested on Oct. 8 and charged with driving while intoxicated and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. He is scheduled to answer the charges in Kortright Town Court.

• April Cooper, 22, Grand Gorge, was arrested on Oct. 6 on a Delaware County Family Court warrant. She was sent to the Delaware County Jail without bail, pending a court appearance.

• Christina M. Hood, 24, DeLancey, was arrested on Oct. 5 on a bench warrant issued by Hamden Town Court for her failure to pay a fine imposed on a petit larceny charge.

• Roderick H. Roe, 30, East Meredith, was arrested on Oct. 6 and charged with second-degree trespass, accused of unlawfully entering a residence without permission. He is scheduled to answer the charge in Davenport Town Court.

• Alice J. Pliauplis, 65, Walton, was arrested on Oct. 5 and charged with second-degree harassment. She is scheduled to answer the charge on Walton Town Court.

Colchester Police

Department

• Mark D. Bass, 56, Downsville, was ticketed on Sept. 5 for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and unlicensed operator.

• Mark E. Schlueter, 56, East Northport, was arrested on Sept. 5 for second-degree criminal trespass.

• Matthew Valentin, 20, New York, was ticketed on Sept. 22 for third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operator and speed in zone.

Walton Police Department

• Tatyana L. Diaz, 20, New York, was ticketed on Sept. 23 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of alcohol by a person under 21 years of age.

• Michael J. Mancini, 29, Walton, was ticketed on Sept. 25 for first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving while intoxicated. He was sent to the Delaware County Jail on $1,500 cash bail or $3,000 bond.

• Mtayari Hargett, 20, Brooklyn, was arrested on Sept. 30, on a bench warrant issued by Cortland County Court. Hargett was turned over to the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office for further action.

• Adam L. Robinson, 21, Walton, was issued a criminal summons on Oct. 1 charging him with unlawful possession of marijuana.

• Faith M. Grant, 21, Walton, was arrested on Oct. 2 and charged with petit larceny.

• Kevin N. Dean, 31, Walton, was arrested on Oct. 3 and charged with second-degree harassment.

• Ryan S. Mott, 33, Delhi, was arrested on a warrant issued by Delaware County Court on a sealed indictment charging him with third-degree burglary and fifth-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

• Travis M. Fletcher, 38, Sidney Center, was arrested on a warrant issued by Delaware County Court on a sealed indictment charging him with third-degree burglary and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Sidney Police Department

Janet A. Martin, 46, Sidney Center, was arrested on Oct. 2 and charged with petit larceny.

Jason Burnett, 43, Afton, was arrested on Oct. 2 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving without an ignition interlock device.

• Sebastian J. Catanzaro, 31, Oxford, was arrested on Oct. 6 on a warrant for failure to appear on a previously scheduled court date.

Margaret Wayman, 40, Bainbridge, was arrested on Oct. 7 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock device.

Laura Rodgers, 30, Sidney, was arrested on Oct. 8 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

Kevin A. Rodgers, 32, Sidney, was arrested on Oct. 8 and charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

Sam A. Hathaway III, 27, Masonville, was arrested on Oct. 8 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Hancock Police Department

Nathan W. Rose, 19, Fultonville, and Damon A. Empson, 19, Himrod, were issued appearance tickets to answer the charge of unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on state Route 17 on Sept. 24.

Mordechal Taub, 18, Monticello, was issued tickets for second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speeding and operating an uninspected motor vehicle following a traffic stop on Sept. 25.

Jacqueline M. Scollon, 32, Pennsburg, Pa., was arrested on Sept. 29 and charged with seventh degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument. He was released on $500 bail to answer the charges in Hancock Village Court at a later date.

Pavel A. Soika, 26, Hancock, was issued a criminal summons on Oct. 5 charging him with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Hugo Arturi, 39, Brooklyn, was arrested on Oct. 7 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and speed in zone following a traffic stop on West Main Street in Hancock.

Robert L. Funk, 38, Chittenango, was issued a criminal summons on Oct. 8 charging him with unlawful possession of marijuana and ticketed for speeding following a traffic stop on state Route 17 in Hancock.

New York State Police

Lisa M. Jones, 34, Livingston Manor, was arrested on Oct. 3 by Liberty State Police and charged with petit larceny.

Alexander D. Linnaberry, 20, Maryland, was arrested by Margaretville State Police on Oct. 7 and charged with second-degree criminal trespass.

Joshua Mikhaylov, 20, Brooklyn, was arrested on Oct. 3 by Deposit State Police following a traffic stop on state Route 17, and charged with speeding and unlawful possession of marijuana.

Bryce A. Parsons, 20, Ballston Lake, was arrested on Sept. 22 by Stamford State Police and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

James C. Sitts, 37, was arrested by Stamford State Police on Oct. 6 and charged with petit larceny and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of motor vehicle.

James Solis, 34, was arrested on Oct. 8 by Margaretville State Police and charged with driving while intoxicated and an equipment violation following a traffic stop on Main Street in Roxbury.

Frederick A. Travers, 42, Jersey City, N.J., was arrested on Oct. 6 by Deposit State Police and charged with driving while ability impaired by alcohol and driving without a license following a traffic stop on state Route 10 in Deposit.

Christopher T. Wingall, 46, Binghamton, was arrested by Deposit State Police on Oct. 5 and charged with third-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
