Incidents published in the Police Blotter come directly from reports provided by local law enforcement agencies. These reports are a record of the actions taken on a given day by these agencies. Nothing in the published blotter should be construed as a finding of guilt.

Delaware County Sheriff’s Office

• Robert E. Maclaren, 60, Bainbridge, was arrested on Sept. 3 and charged with trespass after police say he remained on private property he was told to vacate. He will answer the charge in Delhi Town Court at a later date.

• Alan E. Vigus, 35, Deposit, was arrested on Delaware County Family Court warrant. He was sent to the Delaware County Jail awaiting a further court appearance.

• Chad Guthrie, 39, Brewerton, was arrested on Sept. 10 and charged with driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop for speeding on state Route 10 in Walton.

• Dale M. Kowatch, 47, Arkville, was arrested on Aug. 29 on an arrest warrant issued by the Middletown Town Court charging him with overdriving, torturing and injuring animals under the Agricultural and Markets Law. He was released on his own recognizance scheduled to appear in Middletown Town Court at a later date.

• Robert Owens, 44, Montague, N.J., was arrested on Sept. 9 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop for an inoperable head lamp. He was released on his own recognizance scheduled to answer the charge in Walton Village Court.

• Mark A. Avery, 45, Mattydale, was arrested on Sept. 8 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop for speeding on state Route 17 in the town of Hancock. He was sent to the Delaware County Jail on $500 cash bail awaiting a court appearance in Hancock Town Court.

• Daniel Rodriguez, 30, Bridgeport, Conn., was arrested on Sept. 9 and charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop on state Route 17 in the village of Hancock. He was sent to the Delaware County Jail on $1,000 cash bail awaiting a further court appearance in the Hancock Village Court.

• Jacob M. Pagan, 21, Huntington, was arrested on Sept. 9 and charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs following a traffic stop in the village of Delhi for a non-working brake light. He was released on his own recognizance to answer the charge in Delhi Town Court.

• Kara S. Peck, 53, Bloomville, was arrested on Sept. 7 and charged with endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person, accused of acting injurious to the welfare of a resident of a nursing home. She was issued tickets returnable to Harpersfield Town Court.

Walton Police Department

• Leanne M. Woolard, 29, Walton, was arrested on Sept. 1 on a warrant issued by Walton Village Court for failure to pay a fine. She was released on her own recognizance.

• Devin K. Mahoney, 34, Oneonta, was arrested on Sept. 3 on a warrant issued by Walton Village Court on charges of criminal possession of marijuana, criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He was remanded to the Delaware County Jail on $1,000 cash bail.

• Ruth I. Boycott, 55, Walton, was arrested on Sept. 5 and charged with fifth-degree welfare fraud and petit larceny. She was issued an appearance ticket.

• Alice J. Pliauplis, 60, Walton, was arrested on Sept. 10 on criminal summonses issued by the Delhi Town Court for two counts of issuing a bad check.

Sidney Police Department

• Salvatore J. Gallo, 28, Sidney, was arrested on Sept. 4 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Michael A. Davis Jr., 14, Sidney, was arrested on Sept. 4 and charged with second-degree harassment.

Christopher Roettger, 44, Sidney, was arrested on Sept. 5 for failing to appear in court.

Kelly A. Sullivan, 32, Sidney, was arrested on Sept. 5, for failing to appear in court.

Lisa N. Dougherty, 39, Unadilla, was arrested on Sept. 7 and charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Richard M. Fritzsch, 35, Bainbridge, was arrested on Sept. 7 and charged with petit larceny.

SUNY Delhi Police Department

Ronald E. Ford, 21, was arrested on Aug. 30 and charged with petit larceny.

Luiz A. Valdez, 19, was arrested on Sept. 4 and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana.

Vinson D. Johnson, 19, was arrested on Sept. 4 and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana.

Luismer Delacruz, 18, was arrested on Sept. 4 and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana.

Marquois A. Hanlan, 20, was arrested on Sept. 4 and charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana.

New York State Police

Narvin Badal, 35, South Kortright, was arrested on Sept. 9 by Margaretville State Police and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.

Henry J. King, 46, Albany, was arrested on Sept. 8 by Stamford State Police and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated, following a traffic stop in Stewart’s parking lot on Lake Street in Stamford.

Allyson J. Lorette, 47, Portlandville, was arrested by Oneonta State Police on Sept. 8 and charged with first-degree identity theft and third-degree grand larceny.

• Hailey R. Jutrzenka, 20, Stamford, was arrested by Oneonta State Police on Sept. 8 and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana.
