NYC Woman Indicted, Arrested on Warrant

DELHI - A Brooklyn woman, indicted as a codefendant by the Delaware County Grand Jury pled not guilty to felony drug sale charges before Otsego County Judge Brian Burns in Delaware County Court on Aug. 7.

Monica Iannarelli, 34, is charged with three counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and three counts of fourth-degree conspiracy, as a codefendant of Courtney Williamson, 25, of Queens, who pled guilty under a negotiated plea and sentence deal on July 14.

Iannarelli is accused of conspiring with Williamson to sell heroin and selling heroin on three different occasions in Delaware County in January.

The charges against both women are being prosecuted by Ulster County District Attorney Clifford Owens.

Iannarelli is being held at the Delaware County Jail on $50,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond, awaiting further court proceedings.
